Brad Shantz

- Serves as Chief Growth Officer at PCW, leading the firm’s long-term growth strategy across business expansion, product development, and market development to drive sustainable and holistic growth.
- Founded and served as CEO of Vertical Insurance Group, scaling gross income from $25M to over $450M+ before selling the businesses in 2020.
- Has held prior strategic leadership roles at Navacord, Aon Reed Stenhouse Inc, and Benfield Corporate Risk Canada, including managing risk advisory practices for major national and international clients.

John Courtliff

- Former COO of Alpha Auto Group — a U.S. and Canadian retail platform that generated the highest EBITDA margins of any public or private auto retail group in North America.
- Background includes Vice President and Interim CFO at Lifting Solutions, Senior Advisor for Surge Energy and Niska Gas Storage, and Principal at Catalyst Capital Group Inc.
- Holds a Business degree in Finance and a Science degree with a Specialization in Genetics, both from the University of Alberta and is a CFA charterholder.
